Lark Adams

Lark Adams is a Finance & Budget Analyst for the Department of the Interior in Washington, D.C. Lark has over 20 years of experience as the senior staff expert on budgetary concepts, legislative and regulatory constraints, appropriations laws, legal regulations, and budget analysis for all phases of the Federal budgeting process.

She is also the digital creator and social media manager for Prolific Music Group, Inc., managing the accounts of Faith Evans and Ryder’s Room.

Lark holds a B.S. in Business Management & Finance from Bowie State University and a M.A. in Government & Policy Communication from Johns Hopkins University.

Lark balances her career by supporting causes relating to civil/social rights, economic empowerment, education and other social welfare issues.
