George Peterson

George Peterson is the Senior Executive Chef at Oracle Park, San Francisco. He began his culinary profession at The Ritz-Carlton on the West coast, where he became immersed in elevated dining and precision, rising through the ranks to become Executive Chef for Renaissance, and later the Anaheim Convention Center. In these roles, he honed his proficiency for large event catering and management. As the father of a son with Autism, he is also a dedicated advocate for children with developmental disabilities and their families. He intends to use his skillset to help create meaningful training and employment opportunities for neurodiverse individuals. When not curating world class menus, he actively volunteers and supports various non-profit organizations.
