Building on her degree in Computer Technology, SuSu skillfully merges analytical precision and creativity to craft bold, innovative approaches in both nonprofit and production landscapes. As a Certified Life Coach (CLC) and Certified Professional Coach (CPC), she empowers individuals and organizations to overcome obstacles, strengthen resilience, and pursue meaningful growth.

 

SuSu  is also an expert in conflict resolution, an anti-bullying specialist, and skilled in policy development key areas in her work that focus on fostering safe, inclusive environments for youth , and delivering high-impact outcomes. Through thoughtful strategic planning and specialized logistics, she ensures projects transition seamlessly from concept to fruition, while her influence extends globally to support youth programs emphasizing international collaboration.

 

SuSu is also one of New Jersey’s most sought-after producers, recognized for her outstanding work in TV, music, film, and festival production. Her creative direction and production leadership have helped launch powerful stories and platforms that spotlight community voices, visions and elevate underrepresented talent.

 

After becoming a licensed minister in 2017, SuSu expanded her commitment to holistic community care by integrating spiritual guidance into her work. Her philanthropic endeavors passionately address pressing social issues such as mental health awareness, youth programming and resources , expanding creative media arts opportunities, and championing inclusivity.
